I can go for weeks without terrifying images appearing before I go to bed and sometimes, it happens every night! When you close your eyes, these weird look faces will come to the eye. Sometimes it's just creepy eyes I'm gonna see. As soon as this happens I call it in the name of Jesus and generally help. But I'm scared to see these "things" while I try to sleep. These visuals frighten me and I feel there's some malevolence too. I don't think my house is haunted, but I think I have some kind of bad energy that appeals to me. Not only for this experience, but throughout my adult life I feel that there is something wrong that follows me. I feel this bad energy has consumed me sometimes. Fortunately I was able to fight and find some peace in the light. But my faith is not as strong as it could be and I feel that this darkness tried to drag its way back to my soul. I don't know why I'm writing this. I guess just to get him out. I know I'm the only person who can fight this, since it's a very personal situation. I haven't seen them for a long time, even though I couldn't tell you when they stopped visiting me. They told me they're a form of hypnogogy. This used to happen to me all the time. The OP should perhaps review a doctor as it could be caused by stress and anxiety or the most worrying causes are narcolepsy, Parkinson or schizophrenia. Well, I can relate to a certain extent... having spent a while in life... when I had quite a lot of terrors and nightmares... that's got from the past. It's painful and it stinks, I'm sure. EMDR is also a trout to take, under supervision of course.. can cause a "flood" of emotions or thoughts that your subconscious can throw at you.( Do under supervision by a graduated EMDR professional. I hadn't heard of EMDR before, but now I've looked and I'm going to raise the idea once I started seeing a therapist. Thank you.
