Add 2-3 months in a total of 7 years. That's not even to mention that you could take that class during the summer (a fast summer cycle). You feel more energized It is no secret, eating more food will give your body: more energy. If you've ever done a cutting cycle, you know, when you're restricting those calories, you feel tired and useless. Trust me, I've been there. And you'll know that without saying, adding a ton of calories to that will make you feel a lot more energized. Instead of turning to 200-300 calories and just doing so, the volume to 400-800 calories will make you much more energized. This in the long term means more muscle gain. The truth is that a lot of people ruin their training. It doesn't matter if you have the perfect diet if your training is garbage.
